At Off the Wall Quilt, we specialize in custom acrylic rulers, templates, and printed products. Many of our items are made-to-order. Please review our shipping details carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Custom products, full-color printed rulers, wholesale orders, and large production runs may require additional production time, typically 2–4 weeks, depending on order size and complexity.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping typically arrives within:

Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country. These charges are not included in shipping costs and are determined by local authorities.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Inspection of Custom Orders
All custom orders must be inspected immediately upon receipt.
Any errors resulting from our workmanship or production must be reported in writing within seven (7) days of delivery. Reports submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for correction, replacement, or credit.
Please include your order number and clear photos, when applicable, to allow us to evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders may ship in multiple packages and may require extended processing times. Shipping timelines will be confirmed during order approval.
