Refund policy

We have a 30-day claim policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for broken or defective products.  If it is broken in shipping we will immediately submit a claim for reimbursement unless you used your own shipping account, in which case you must submit the claim.   You will need to provide us with pictures of the shipping box as well as the broken items.

If you would like custom products replaced do to shipping issues, we will do so at no additional charge after any applicable reimbursements are received.

If we make an error in manufacturing your product, we will replace it as soon as possible at no cost to you if the claim is made within 30 days of receipt.  If the error was submitted by you, we will work with you to fix the problem at a reasonable cost.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
