Off the Wall Quilt is a small, family-owned business in Central Florida, run by husband-and-wife team Julie and Rick Luoma.

Julie is the quilter—the one with the ideas, the fabric, and the firm belief that quilting should be fun, approachable, and not any harder than it needs to be. Rick is the engineer—the one who figures out how to turn those ideas into precise, practical tools. Together, we design and manufacture rulers, templates, and sewing accessories that help quilters create with greater ease and confidence.

We are the makers of EeziGrip®, our non-slip finish for acrylic rulers and templates. EeziGrip® allows a ruler to slide easily into position, then hold securely with just a light touch. Our rulers feature clear, easy-to-see markings and are available in a variety of colors that help them stand out in your shop and on your customers’ cutting tables.
